- Advised a national conglomerate on the licensing, incorporation, operation and structure to set up a digital bank worth over 1 billion Naira in startup capital.
- Advised a company on the requirements, licensing and setting up of a lottery and gaming company in Nigeria.
- Conducted due diligence and advised on the acquisition of a Microfinance bank worth over 150 Million Naira and Bureau de change worth over 15 Million Naira.
- Advised and negotiated on the payment structure on behalf of a client involved in the construction of the largest church auditorium in the world.
- Advised and served as a company secretary to a multi-national interior decoration company on its franchise agreement with a Dutch company worth over $ 1 million.
- Advised and assisted a Philippine national with her naturalisation as a Nigerian.
- Represented and advised a Media Company worth over 500 Million Naira by conducting due diligence, corporate restructuring, regulatory compliance, media streaming service agreement, intellectual property and legal advisory, tax related issues.
- Advised and represented a client in a joint venture with FICO (a NYSE listed company and leading analytics software company).
- Represented and advised Peers view (an innovative social media start-up company) on incorporation, post-incorporation and compliance matters including service agreements, intellectual property and e-commerce.
